Raine and Horne Newtown hasn’t got to the top of its game by accident. It’s through sheer hard work and people like Vivienne Rockell whose role it is to guide all things marketing.
Working closely with the directors, she utilises her almost two decades within the business every day ensuring excellent exposure for every client.
Her thorough understanding of the buying and selling process and the legalities that surround it, gained from previous experience within the legal arena, plus her love for meeting new people has resulted in many happy and loyal clients who appreciate her efficiency and the stress-free manner she goes about her business.
Vivienne enjoys the diversity in her role and her ability to balance time at the desk with time on site. When she came to Australia from New Zealand over 20 years ago, she found her niche in the inner-west and has never left. She loves the people, the places and the areas’ energy and has enjoyed many memorable get-togethers with family and friends in its popular cafes and restaurants.

- Where did you grow up? New Zealand
- Favourite place in Newtown? There are many! There are loads of local restaurants and places in the Inner West that I enjoy with family and friends.
- What drives you? A need to keep stimulated and occupied and my family.
- What has been your proudest moment? The birth of my children.
- Biggest challenge? Keeping a balance between fun and health – – its often easier to deviate to the fun side!
- Do you have a hidden talent? I don't think its a hidden talent, but I seem to have a keen eye for detail – hence my role in marketing.
- What is your perfect day? Sailing, enjoying a sunny calm day on the water or relaxing in a gorgeous setting in the company of good friends and family.
