As the first point of contact for Raine and Horne Newtown’s clients, Receptionist Sarah Kerr welcomes with a geniune warmth and empathy.

Blessed with exceptional communication skills and a high attention to detail, she thrives in her role, relishing the variety that it brings. To her, this is simply doing what she loves doing best – helping people to achieve their real estate goals.

Previous experience within retail, as a director of first impressions and within strata management have given Sarah a skillset that is impressive and make her eminently qualified for her role. Add to this her excellent organisational skills, her love for people and her absolute dedication to providing a service beyond compare and you have a winning combination.         

Inspired by the high achieving team around her, she has a consistent desire to advance her skill set. Sarah uses her youthfulness and vibrant personality to her advantage and when paired with her eagerness to grow within the industry we are bound to see her do exactly that.

  • Favourite place in Newtown? My favourite place in Newtown is Max Brenner, because really, what's better than chocolate??
  • Top item on the bucket list? To complete a South America trip.
  • Perfect day? My perfect day would be waking up in the morning and walking through Sydney International Departures gate (I recently went overseas for the first time and have caught the travel bug) CAUTION: Extremely contagious.
  • Proudest moment? My proudest moment was purchasing my brand new car that I work for and paid for on my own.
  • What is your guilty pleasure? Watching Home and Away.
