Lee’s knowledge in the property management field is extensive, with him constantly keeping check with NSW’s changing legislation while always ensuring that as the industry develops, so too do his work place practices.

Lee has achieved a great deal in his career. A fully licensed broker, he cut his teeth in the finance arena honing his communication and negotiation skills in a competitive market. He then moved to Real Estate where he has become one of Sydney’s finest Senior Portfolio Managers. His commitment to service and hard work has not gone unnoticed being nominated for Property Manager of the Year in 2017.

  • What drives you? Success – I want to be the best I possible can be and I will listen to people who have been there and done it, so I can do it as well.
  • Your inspiration? My parents. They came to Australia with just $500 and built a successful financial planning business and a wonderful life.
  • What is your biggest challenge? Letting go and having some ‘me’ time.
