Bordering Sydney Park and the old Bedford Brickworks, St Peters is a combination of repurposed industrial areas and modern apartments. Several kilometres from the Sydney CBD, the suburb takes its name from St Peter’s Anglican Church.


The area has become a hot spot for businesses utilising the areas traditionally industrial heritage. Most have re-designed unused or unloved warehouse spaces to create a community of breweries, cafes and shared office spaces or studios. Being on the border of Erskineville, the creative influence has spread and shows no signs of slowing down.

St Peters has its own train station and mutiple Sydney bus services run along Princes Highway.
